Virtual Visit (Telehealth) Options May Be Available To You
Click Here for more information about how we are responding to COVID-19

PLEASE NOTE – While a number of counties are currently under a “shelter in place” order or directive, the attendance of a healthcare appointment is considered an “essential activity” and is therefore exempt from these restrictions. Our team is standing by to serve you.

If you will not be attending your appointment, PLEASE contact the clinic so we can free up your appointment time and discuss options. You may be eligible for a Virtual Visit (Telehealth). Thank you!

Dear VibrantCare Patients,

We know many of you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus of 2019) and how it may impact us here at VibrantCare. Ensuring patients are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our first priority. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have recommended a variety of steps that we have implemented to help reduce the potential for the virus to enter our building. However, we need your help in battling COVID-19. Below are some examples of how you can help protect yourself, as well as prevent the spread throughout the community.

Help prevent the spread of infection by:

  • Exercising proper hand washing hygiene
  • Using coughing and sneezing etiquette
  • Utilizing the clinic’s hand washing and hand sanitizer stations
  • Minimizing close physical contact (shaking hands, hugging, etc.)
  • Immediately notifying staff if you are experiencing a cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, and/or shortness of breath

Our clinics are following the recommendations of the CDC on prevention steps, including proper hand washing/sanitizing, use of personal protective equipment (gloves, gowns, masks and eye protection) when appropriate and regular application of surface disinfectants with virucidal capabilities. We are staying current with the CDC recommendations as these may be subject to change as the situation both globally and locally continues to evolve. In addition, VibrantCare is in close contact with the local and state health departments, and we are following their guidance as it becomes available.

Thank you for entrusting VibrantCare to be an integral part of your rehabilitation!
